Meet Bat Goggles

Miriam Schiff, who has been successfully using the Red & Green Learning system for many years, shared with us this great fool-proof method to train kids to make eye contact.

Here goes:  “We make these really cool funnels using Styrofoam cups.  We decorate it to the hilt.  We give it a name.  One of our students called it Bat Goggles.  We cut out the bottom of the cup and the students place the cups over their eyes.  The cool thing about it is that their eyes cannot wander.  They can only look in one direction.  We slowly wean them off the “Goggles” one cup at a time.  It works like a charm!”

Thanks Miriam!
